[+] Fixed IE mousewheel problems [problem was: When selecting a drop down list and using the mouse wheel, the nearest entry will be selected and the drop down list looses the focus.]
[+] Fixed FF blur problem [problem was: When editing text-fields (e.g. Notes), changes must be verified by hitting Enter. If you click with your mouse onto another window after hitting Enter and you have not clicked on your browser yet, then the text youve just entered will switch back to what it was before. Note that this is not really happening, its just displaying the old text, the new text will be stored and becomes visible again when you hit refresh.]
