- Fix proxy to pass raw brotli bytes without decoding (aiter_raw) - Add get_local_file() for unified file serving with proper headers - Replace StaticFiles with custom handlers for vcsky/vcbr locals - Add --vcsky_cache and --vcbr_cache flags for hybrid mode - Update README and docker-compose with new cache options
