docs: add Atlas Cloud sponsor to READMEs

Add Atlas Cloud to the sponsor tables in both README.md and
README.zh-CN.md, using a cc-haha-specific campaign link. Ship
light/dark logo variants so the wordmark stays visible in both
GitHub themes.
